I wrote sequencer originally.  I haven't looked at 1.94 yet, but assuming it
is the same code I contributed, it is a drop in replacement for resend.  I
will grab 1.94 today and look at whether it needs updating for 1.94.  

Basically, just ise the -n or -N arguments to add sequence numbering to your
messages as then are resent. See the documentation for more details.
