I have a couple of list owners who use the passwd command to update
their passwords. When they finally get around to figuring out the
config file, they are upset that their old, obsolete password is
still hanging around.

I don't recall this being discussed (I apologize if it has and I
missed it). Has there been any discussion of having the passwd
command update the admin_passwd setting? I would have thought that
at least the writeconfig command would update it.

Should the passwd command update the admin_passwd setting? It
certainly overrides it in use. If not, why not? Any comments?
