The last time this came around, the general consensus was that the
Mailwatch program is useful for this and doesn't require modification of
Majordomo, just the aliases.  Perhaps one day some sort of neat interface
can be worked out so that Majordomo can act as a front end to this program
to enable remote list admins to get at the data, but for now the code works
nicely.
