Could someone who's not so tired that they're replying to their own
messages like me give some thought as to exactly how restrictive the
permissions can be set without things breaking?  I figure you can have
$homedir 710 (with group daemon) and everything else 600 or 700.  You'd
want to put approve, bounce, and the man pages somewhere else and you'd
lose the ability to use medit, but I think everything else would work.  Any
ideas?
