I did it with a little vi and mimencode -u -q. Although Chan will probably
have a replacement patch out soon, I've put up a decoded version of his
patch, my four patches so far, and Dave's replacement Makefile in
ftp.hpc.uh.edu:/pub/majordomo. Apply Chan's patch,m then copy the
Makefile, then apply my patches in order just in case there are conflicts.
It also occurs to me that in addition to distributing 1.94.1 as a complete
tar and as a patch to the 1.94 tarball, it might be nice to distribute a
patch to a running distribution if that's possible so people don't have to
go through the entire install process.
