My system is VERY complicated on how we do virtual systems, but yes, we do
have multiple config files, which should specify everything that
config-test needs to do it's thing.

I think that that's important though. Also, I will have multiple copies of
the software intsalled with some virtual systems going to one copy and
some to another. Thus having config-test use the config file is very
important, since it would also have to test permissions based on the
directories specified in the config file.

No, but I haven't tried it, yet. How WOULD I try it though if I have the
config files in a seperate directory than the executables? It changes the
whole scenario and config-test should be able to handle that.
