Then what about also allowing a "global" directory? This one would
maintain files that applied across the board, to all lists.
A good example would be a file that excluded certain people from the
majordomo system all together. It would only be editable (but would be
obligated for all lists) by the majordomo-owner (or local user with
permissions). Then each list could have it's own individual
"exclude/spammer" list.
