Subject: New Forgery Method -- Needs Addressing in Future Releases

Some of my list managers have recently received and processed
approval requests which, after the users complained about not having
asked to be on the lists, I've determined to not correspond to an
original request processed by Majordomo. I suspect they are forging
mail allegedly from Majordomo to XXXXXX-approval.

We probably need to move the approval address into the configuration
file, and/or allow the site to provide a local suffix for those
addresses.
