Hi all,
One of my subscribers brought it to my attention that although in
the individual messages, $LIST was expanded properly, it was not in
digests (it came out $LIST).
Looking through the code it seems that resend calls
config'substitute_values on the message_footer while digest does not.
It appears that one should change the lines around 353 of digest to call
config'substitute_values, yes?
I made the change, but can't test it yet as I've got some other problems
to deal with...
