Get rid of Microsoft Outlook! It's part of the new Office 97, very pretty,
very easy to use... but with all things Microsoft it's like asking for a
glass of water and having the Pacific Ocean forced down your throat.
In all seriousness, there is usually a tab/settikng somewhere to send things
as plain text, not richtext... at least there is in MSExchange.
