I'm trying to install the snapshot on both HP/UX 10.20 and
RedHat Linux (4.1 with 2.0.27 kernel) so I'll try to document
a little of the 'how to INSTALL' type stuff or at least get it
started.

If anybody else is there first, please let me know so I don't
duplicate your efforts.

Also, I was thinking that a totally uncontrolled doc project
might result in people duplicating stuff and wasting their
limited time needlessly. I was wondering if the doc project
needs a little bit of 'coordination' (which is hopefully not
the same as 'anal control' :-)

I guess my questions on that side would be:

	- is there anybody who'd like to coordinate the
list of docs needed for 2.0 to handle
who's got what piece(s) and possibly
set up some 'majordomo 2.0 doc project'
		web pages ?

I know there have been lots of suggestions
on the 'workers list since the 2.0 efforts
got started but I don't recall anyone
consolidating them in one place that
was readable without fighting through the
		list archives the hard way.

	- is a set of web pages worth doing for such early
drafts and 'to-do-list' for the docs as a
		online 'one-stop-shopping' location to
bookmark regarding the current state of
		the doc efforts ?

=> I'd say 'heck yes' even if it was just
pointers to text files that were
not prettied up in any way.

	- is there anybody who'd like to provide a hunk'o
web server and account(s) to let people
drop stuff off for review ?

Thoughts ????
