There are too many variables for that.  The best you could do is replace
the name of the host running Majordomo (which can be done on the fly in the
help documents as they're served).  But for mj_shell, you don't even
need to know that and in the case of email they already know it because the
managed to send the help command.

Actually, since we can do it on the fly, it would be possible to substitute
the user's current address and anything else we can figure out into the
help documents, too.  But then the address is almost always optional so
that doesn't buy you much (and leads to users mistyping their address,
which is a pain).
