Speaking as a 'dumb user' (perhaps with some awareness of parsing issues in
my subconscious), I *never* use a list argument when sending to a -request
address. I guess I always viewed the -request address as a mini-Majordomo
that knew only about the list in question vs all the other lists on the
server. Based on my usage (and what I try to teach my users), I think it
would be OK to assume this for the future.
