Marvelous! I think this covers the most important aspects. For my side
we can stop the discussion here looking forward for the new release (is
there an idea about the (approximate) date?).

I just did some research about this library. At the first glance it
seems to me that it is a perfect means to "internationalize" arbitrary
programs. Thank you for your hint!
