Unfortunately, my impression is that most of those haven't even tried
to look at the FAQ before asking questions.  Most of them haven't even
bothered looking closely at the documentation to answer their questions.
Adding more stuff to the FAQ at this point is experiencing diminishing
returns.  I will agree that in this case it probably would have helped.

I'll add your stuff to the FAQ RSN.  Thanks for the kick.
