Help please.

I subscribe to w2moms, a majordomo discussion list.  It has gone crazy
and is sending the same message from someone every few seconds.  People
on the list are receiving thousands of copies of this particular email
each day.

I can't seem to contact the list owner, nor can I unsubscribe.  What can
I do?
