Why not do something with taboo_body instead and let the list manager deal
with instructing the senders of "me too!" posts about list rules and such?
Or if you want to do it site-wide, add it to the administrivia checks or
global_taboo_body stuff in majordomo.cf.
Seems to me to be a better solution than adding another config file option
that would have a very limited application, not work with people who quote
the whole message to only add "me too!" (or have stupid mailers), and
encourage the behavior that Kynn describes above.
