Sometime last year there was some confusion in -users over what
the "moderator" job function really was, especially relative to
subscriber approvals rather than list moderation. This is due
to the terse description of the config file entry coupled with
misleading comments in the list-setup instructions. This replacement
'moderator' description seems to address most of the questions.
One other thing still needs to happen for future releases: the
NEWLIST document needs to be changed. It incorrectly labels the
list-approval alias as the target for moderator bounces when
actually it is used for subscription request approvals.
