That sounds interesting. I'd eventually like to see a tree-like approach,
or something like it. I'm sure you can already handle the fact that a
variable can exist in more than one group.

I really do hope so. I am converging towards alpha quickly now that I have
implemented the basic attachment_rules functionality (just allow, deny and
consult, right now though) and the default post action. That completes all
of the default actions and, well, everything but digests and all of the
little things that I want to stick in. More news later.
