Sure, but someone still has to do it.  Right now I want to concentrate on
mor important things, like making the code actually work.  Making the
logging pretty is a great job for someone to volunteer to do, because it
requires little knowledge of the rest of the code.

No need for TZ and year; the date is in GMT, seconds since 1970.  Since
we're going to be scanning this log to generate all of the activity
reports, having something which is easy to compare and parse is important.
My intention was that nobody ever sees the raw file.

There is no relation to the 1.94 log format.
