I'd suggest, then, that we do what most providers of software with major
reworkings do: identify the major user-visible enhancements in 2.0,
incorporate changes which already exist and which are out of that scope in
a 1.94.5 release, and expect that there may even be a 1.95 or 1.94.6 AFTER
2.0 ships... even with minor new functionality.
