This is just a symptom of lock contention; Dave W. did most of the recent
work on locking and I won't pretend to be able to explain it fully.
>From what I've seen, it's not abnormal to see one of these every so often
when list traffic is extremely high. I've never noticed any ill results;
anything bad should be indicated by an abort, not a warning.
