I use req a whole bunch and it's not really suited for a distributed bug
database.  (No remote access.)  I'll look at wreq; if I find something I
can use here I'll see about installing it.  (I can leverage my day job off
of this.)

I just looked at the wreq page; it looks interesting enough that I might
want to install it here anyway.  I'll see how it goes.
