MS Outlook garbage

In looking at some debugging info for the test server I see that there's
some garbage appended to Outlook (or maybe Outlook Express) messages.
Unfortunately I wasn't saving the mail on the -request lists so I don't
have a copy.  (I will if I get another.)  Does anyone know the nature of
this new incarnation of MS crap?  If it uses a winhell.dat-like line I can
just stop processing there.
