For those not into CVS, I've placed a new snapshot at
ftp.hpc.uh.edu:/pub/majordomo/Majordomo-0.1199805030.tar.gz.

This includes all of the patches flying around, in addition to many other
fixes and some documentation updates.

Please always read README.UPGRADE before installing, even if updating from
CVS. If you have to do anything special I will document it here.

Note that MIME-tools 1.119 is now required; Eryq cut a new version for me
but it may not have reached CPAN yet. You can download it from
http://www.zeegee.com/code. On the up side, the MIME-tools patch is no
longer required and has been deleted.

The Goody list:
Many changes to permissions of installed files and directories; you should
be able to install even with a restrictive umask. Root still needs read
access to the distribution, though. (I can't see that ever going away.)
The configured umask is now consulted for more things, and the directories
that the installer creates should now all have appropriate permissions.
This includes the top level installation directory, but of course doesn't
include anything above it so if you put things in /usr/local/mj and
/usr/local isn't readable by normal users then you'll have to fix it
yourself.

Reply-To: works. Bryan asked for it, so it goes in. If you're giving back
good bug reports, I'll add things you want. See that carrot dangling in
front of you? You can use $LIST, $HOST, $SENDER and $SEQNO in reply_to, if
you like. override_reply_do works; if not set then an existing Reply-To
won't be replaced.

I restructured things a bit so sessions aren't kept in the filespace; there
was never any need to do so and this cuts .5 seconds off of connect time on
my slow machine. Speed is good.
