I think it'd be nice to have, which is probably what ackall is for -- but
I certainly wouldn't use it (after all, if it's been approved, I know
it'll get out there and I'll see it).
But what happens if the list is open? What kind of notification would the
user then get? The bouncing stage doesn't apply, and neither dose the
approval stage. There must be a notification in this case.
Maybe the following ack settings may be wise:
1) only when distributed
2) when bounced to owner (unless the owner overrides this in the config
files) or approved
3) all of the above
4) none of the above
