Assuming no bounces, it 'ackimportant' is set, they get no notice.  If
'ackall' is set, they are informed that their message was posted (once I
implement it).

That's 'ackimportant'.  You receive notices when things have stalled for
some reason and when things have unstalled, but for normal postings you
just wait for the message to come back.

That's 'ackall', except that I'll probably remove one of the redundant
messages after the message has been approved.

That's 'noack'.
