Subject: Another semi-MD/mbox question

My thanks to everyone who helped with my last question. As an
aside, I was surprised when I fed a multimonth mbox file into archive2
and didn't get it split according to the message Date fields. Does
anyone else think that would be a worthwhile ability?

And the serious question: I have a friend who uses a POP server
these days, but has an old Unix account that has been accumulating
email for a while. Does anyone know if there's a way to pick
up an mbox file and feed it to sendmail (or whatever) so it
will be treated as the bunch of individual messages it really is?
He wants to set up a .forward and then feed his existing mbox
to something that will do the normal forwarding thing.

As always, thanks to the mail gurus..
