It would have to be a seperate command, and definitely not automatic to
take care of the issue Jason brought up (of them wanting it that way).

It would have to involve approvals (password or tokens; whatever) with
both of the e-mail addresses and then actually do it.

It's a nicety, IMO. Not critical and probably doesn't even need any more
ground work to be laid for it to actually be programmed.

Let me just say, I'd like to see other things first. Of course, CHANGING
addresses is a different thing. That I like. :)
