Personally?  None, because I don't run it at the MTA level.  But I work
under a mandate that the mail must get through, and there have been issues
where a user needs to correspond with someone who may be using an RBLed
site.  I'm sure someone else here has a more satisfying story.

Really the only problem is that it's 'shoot first' enforcement; nobody has
a chance to look at what's bouncing before it bounces.  I also don't recall
an exemption list in the MTA configs I've seen, though I haven't researched
that lately.  (I intend to code up some kind of exemption list before I let
that code see the light of day.)
