Yes, 'owners' is undefined.

The problem is that postinstall calls createlist-nocreate-quiet GLOBAL,
which doesn't do any configuration (and doesn't include an owner anyway).
I'll commit a fix sometime today.  You can set 'owners' or run the proper
createlist ('createlist GLOBAL owner@address.com') yourself.
