Okay, the mj_email program seems to fail when a -l flag is not passed to
it.  I can send mail to, say, the-list-owner@awenet.com, but not to
majordomo-owner@awenet.com.  Two examples:

[Awenet]:/usr/users/wrd> mail -v the-list-owner
Subject: Testing the-list-owner
Ooook.
