Looking at it I'm not really sure why I made it immutable.  Perhaps someone
wanted to keep the users from setting overly long descriptions before I put
in 'description_max_lines'.  It should probably be changed.

This is a typo on lib/mj_cf_data.pl; under 'max_mime_header_length,
'groups' should be ['resend'], not 'resend'.
