Well, there are lots of changes but I really want people to be able to
pretend it's a regular upgrade. Note that the second possibility I gave
you is pretty much exactly what you'd expect to do with 1.94.4, except for
the use of a sublist instead of a file. Eventually when we're converting
lists over we can look at restrict_post and suck anything we see there into
appropriate sublists automatically.
While you're reading the source, remember to point out to me any confusing
or undercommented parts. I want to make sure that, even though the whole
is complex, each individual function is perfectly understandable.
