I think it is:

-r-sr-sr-x  4 root  kmem  307650 Jun 17 11:08 /usr/sbin/sendmail

root     12557  0.0  1.0   532  388 ??  Is   10:43AM    0:00.22 sendmail:
accepting connections on port 25 (sendmail)


And I can open the file when I'm su'd to root.
