I'm working with this new install of Mj2-cvs, and I've noticed that config_url
is still not set by 'perl Makefile.PL' or 'make install'.  I've found it in
~majordom/lib/mj_cf_defs.pl, but I need to know what exactly to set it to.  Is
it http://server.name/, or http://server.name/cgi-bin/mj_confirm?
