mj_cf_defs.pl.  confirm_url and dup_lifetime are right next to each other.
confirm_url is normally set to 'no server configured'.  The error 'Eval of
config defaults failed' is displayed when an eval of the text from
mj_cf_defs.pl returns any error.  It hasn't gotten to the point of parsing
your GLOBAL or list config files yet.
