This is due to a stupid screwup in the installation process that I made
when I made the response files site-wide; you need to mkdir
/usr/local/libexec/majordomo2/lists/nwnexus.net/GLOBAL/files and then do
mj_shell -p password put-dir GLOBAL spool Spooled files
This should let the spool files accumulate properly. The real fix lies in
the postinstall script, which I will update properly and get into CVS
tonight.
