Subject: problem with duplicate msg bounce

A potential problem: A person tries to make a post from a non-subscribing
address, and Majordomo bounces it with a nice message since the list is
set up to deny non-subscriber posts (Mj2 using access_rules). When they
try to post AGAIN, this time from a subscriber address after reading and
understanding the nice message, the server notices that the msg has been
through before (not realizing the bounce had happened).

The second (and future) posts are rejected as duplicates even though
they came from a different person and the first post did NOT go out.

Is this the way it should work, or is there a problem here?
