Taking a closer look, it appears the conflictiong open bit is in
MIME::Entity.  I'll pass it along to the module author.  All of the other
undefined value warnings were all in IO::* modules, not in Majordomo, and
only happened with the mj_shell interface.  I'm wondering if it might be a
Term::Readline problem.
