Ok, here's my reason for wanting this feature:
Suppose there's a free email service which has been giving you a lot of
trouble, but not enough trouble to justify kicking off all subscribers
from that domain. In such a situation I definately would not want my
lists to carry advertisements for that email service.
However implementing this in Mj2 is low priority IHMO, since you can
achieve the desired effect also by piping incoming messages through
demime.
