Yup. Got killed at IETF meeting. (Wouldn't have applied to mail anyway,
but general consensus was that only headers explicitly given that property
by RFC should be persistent and that allowing arbitrary persistent headers
like P-Bob-Sucks: yes or whatever was too open for abuse.)
