I don't know that I have time to completely take over ownership, but I
have Perl 5.004 and MySQL 3.22 installed here and could be convinced to
at least work with you. :)
Thing is, I think I may be special.. I have many small mailing lists in
which there is at pretty significant overlap of membership. I don't know how
many other Majordomo users have to deal with that. I think I might benefit
from a SQL DB as a backend because then I could have one master list of
subscribers, with each subscriber record indicating which lists they are
subscribed to. (Again, I *don't* know how well this will scale, and what
the performance issues are, because I haven't had the time to implement it
yet.) I'd be interested in hearing what you're trying to do, and how much
you've accomplished. It might be better to take the discussion off-list at
this point, but I'll let you decide...
