Subject: Mj2 post confirmation

Is there any chance of getting Mj2 to send a confirmation message
back to the person making a post, saying how many people got a
copy of the post? (and, if possible, how many errors occurred?)

I'd be happy to use access_rules or any other tricks to get the
job done, but right now I don't think it's possible to get the
number of good/bad attempts to deliver even from the log file.

Subscribers keep asking me "how do I know if my post went out,
and how do I know how many people are subscribed", so this sort
of feature would
  a) give subscribers a warm fuzzy when they post
  b) let us all know when posts were failing or being delayed
