That's odd -- The changes I made to resend were earlier on in the code and
not around that section. I did however install Majorcool's web interface (I
almost forgot about it). Looking through the section there concerning
Majorcool's patches to allow it to handle the Approval queue, I see that it
patches resend and changes the section in question.

That's not my source for the patch, but he did write the Majorcool patch.

Sorry about the confusion in this -- I should have remembered applying that
patch from the start. My bad.
