Ding! We have a winner!
I specified /var/majordomo/tmp as the location for secure temporary files.
/var/majordomo was owned by majordomo, but /var/majordomo/tmp was owned by
root. I've set the permission so the majordomo owns /var/majordomo/tmp,
and I'll give it a try now.
