Could case-sensitivity be a problem?  List subscribers were getting the
"nonpost" file, until the list admin took some corrective action:

The subscribers were subscribed as "username@cap.af.mil" but the
MS-Exhange server was setting their outgoing E-mail addresses to
"USERNAME@cap.af.mil" (note CAPS.)

Shouldn't the case of E-mail addresses be ignored?

(All the more reason to avoid MS-Exchange in my book.)
