Dear Sirs,

I publish a monthly newsletter and have been working with my hosting service to utilize majordomo. For several months everything rocked along fairly well. In September I sent out an E-mail to a list of appx. 2200 and received replies from several individuals saying they had received over 200 e-mails of the same document, which was sent out only once.

I sent out the monthly newsletter again this month and have received about 4-5 E-mails from individuals saying the same thing happened, with some individuals receiving 90 and others many more, while still others are only getting the one copy.

The individuals I am working with do not have much experience with listserv and have no idea what the problem might be.  Could you shed any light on the subject? If I am unable to identify the problem I will have to abandon the program and search for another alternative, as this is a business newsletter.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cordially,

Nancy Clements
