I'm back from my trip to Kilimanjaro, and wondering the
same thing. When last I heard, Jason was going to help
put together some sort of road map to bring developers
up the learning curve (where to look for a certain type
of feature, how to avoid ruining the structure of the
code, etc) in return for which I was going to be
responsible for the documentation and help files.

Any sort of road map would help - right now there
doesn't seem to be much happening, perhaps because
people are afraid to dive in.
