At this point, the trees are nearly identical. However, in future
I hope to retire the STABLE branch at CSF.
The latest changes seem to be working well, but the new RCPT TO code
probably hasn't been exercised yet. If you upgrade, let me know,
and I'll keep an eye open for problems.
